At Mara Specialist Hospital, we welcome patients, families, and support persons to our facilities. While we do not currently offer inpatient services, we strive to ensure that all visitors and outpatients have a safe and comfortable experience during their visit.

We are committed to maintaining a welcoming environment while prioritizing the health and safety of everyone in our hospital. Please review the following guidelines to help make your visit as smooth as possible:
Public Access
- Visitors can access the hospital through designated entrances during operating hours. After-hours access may require pressing the intercom for assistance.
Support During Appointments
- Outpatients are welcome to bring up to two visitors or support persons to their appointments. This ensures a comfortable and supportive experience for all patients.
Health and Safety Measures
- Masks may be required in certain areas; please use the ones provided at the entrances if needed.
- Practice physical distancing when possible to ensure everyone’s safety.
- Vaccination against COVID-19 is highly recommended but not mandatory for visitors.
While COVID-19 restrictions have eased, Mara Specialist Hospital encourages visitors and patients to follow these health precautions:
On the Day of Your Visit
- On the day you wish to visit the hospital, self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms.
- Please do not visit the hospital if you are feeling unwell, even if you have mild symptoms, or are COVID-19 positive, awaiting results of a COVID-19 test, in close contact with a COVID-19 positive person, or in quarantine.
